I am honored to be representing the constituents of House District 53 as their Representative at the State Capitol. I was sworn in on January 12, 2009, and will begin my fourth legislative session next month. I serve on the House Judiciary Committee, the Health & Human Services Committee, the Budget & Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee and the Game, Fish & Parks Committee. I am also a co-chair of the Women’s Caucus and a member of the Fulton County Delegation.
The 2012 session of the Georgia General Assembly will begin Monday, January 9. If you wish to find the status of a specific bill, please check the General Assembly website.
